Beautiful piece – hand carved genuine Italian shell – her hair is impressive and her nose is beautiful. The inside filigree work is very impressive. Most with is age are generally flawed by now – this one is mint. On the outer flat frame there are handcarved diamond cuts. This one measures 1 7/8″ long and 1 1/2″ across. Has the original Victorian middle catch roll over clasp which closes securely. Of course this is the ony one I have – once sold gone forever.
